Vanessa + Terry = Elegance…
Vanessa and Terry had a beautiful ceremony at St. Sophia’s church in Downtown Los Angeles followed by a 5 star reception at the Bel-Air Bay Club. We started out at the Jonathon Club for getting ready pics and after a few mishaps with Terry’s bow-tie we headed over to St. Sophia’s. If you have never seen it, it is worth a drive just to check it out. It is the most impressive church I have seen in LA.

Only one 5D Mark I left for sale!
Only one 5D Mark I left for sale. $1300. Been used for just over one year. Not sure of the shutter actuations on it but probably in the 50K range. The past year’s workload has been split over two cameras plus a Mark III so relatively low counts on each. Minor surface wear – maybe 7 out of 10 on looks. The majority of the images on our blog and website have been shot with this camera.
Just a few snaps…
Please excuse the poor quality of my point and shoot :-) I went on a great snowshoe out at Tumalo Falls this morning. It snowed all night and so Porter and I headed out in about a foot and a half of fresh powder. It was snowing pretty hard but it was so much fun…

Trishia + Jason…
Trishia and Jason are getting married next month at the Four Seasons in Westlake Village. We shot their engagement pics in Malibu a few weeks ago. It was pretty crazy weather for Southern California but made for a great shoot. We shot on a private estate in the hills of Malibu, it is 1000 acres of prime shooting mecca. They have a full zoo including camels, a zebra, bison, tons of horses, llamas, a yak and some other miscellaneous animals. The property also boasts a field of vintage airstreams, an old taxi, the original cage from planet of the apes that held Charlton Heston and fleets of old cars some pre-dating the model-t ford by a long shot. Oh yeah and rows of vineyards lined with cherry blossom trees. Here are a couple of favorites from the vineyards and the airstream/taxi field. Stay tuned for more from this location as I have just begun to crack open the possibilities…

More Cameras For Sale…
I have 2) 5D Mark I’s for sale. $1300 a piece. They have been used for just over one year. Not sure of the shutter actuations on them but probably in the 50K range.
